Our client is an Automotive Retail Group who are looking for an experienced Car Sales Executive to join their prestige franchise dealership in Wakefield. This is the perfect opportunity for somebody who is already working in the Car Sales Executive role to join a forward thinking company who pride themselves on delivering first class service to their customers and providing excellent working conditions to their employees.
Previous experience of working in a prestige franchise car dealership is desirable, and a steady career history is essential.

Prestige Car Sales Executive in Wakefield.
Salary and Benefits:
Basic salary of £12,000 with realistic OTE of £45,000 plus Company Car.
There is no threshold or limit on the amount of commission to be earned so the sky is the limit for somebody with a strong, prestige sales background.
Type of Role:
This is a full time permanent role working to a rota that includes weekends and late nights.
Sales hours during the week are 8.30am-6.00pm with one late night until 7.00pm. Saturday 9.00am to 5.00pm and Sunday 11.00am to 5.00pm. You will have one weekend off in three. Sales rota working 11 out of 14 days.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Following the Sales Process
- Contacting existing customers and making appointments
- Presenting and demonstrating vehicles to customers
- Carrying out part exchange appraisals
- Negotiating the sale working closely with the Sales Manager
- Handover and delivery of vehicles to customers
- Achievement of sales targets and objectives
Skills and Experience Required:
It is essential that you have experience within a franchise car sales environment for a minimum of 3 years, a stable career history and a full valid driving licence with no more than 6 points on it. Experience with a prestige manufacturer is preferred but not essential. The successful candidate will live locally within the Wakefield area.
The ideal candidate will have an energetic and friendly approach to customers, be of smart personal appearance, have the ability to deliver sales targets and have a strong work ethic with the drive and determination to succeed and progress their career.
