Our client is an Automotive Retail Group who are looking for a Brand Manager to join their premium brand facility in Douglas, Isle of Man. The successful candidate will ideally be working in a Sales Controller, Business Manager, Sales Manager or Brand Manager role at a franchise dealership within the Motor Trade and have a stable career history with a proven track record. Previous experience of working with a premium brand franchise is preferred but not essential.

Salary and Benefits:
Basic salary of £25,000 plus bonus, OTE £65,000 plus Company Car.
Type of Role:
This is a full time permanent role based in Isle of Man, working to a rota that includes weekends and late nights.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- To manage relationship with Premium vehicle brand, ensuring new vehicle ordering procedures adhered to, new stock management levels maintained, quarterly margin campaigns adopted and maximised, appropriate qualification / certification levels maintained in line with Brand requirements, dealer comms managed expeditiously, brand standards and associated audits managed successfully, composite requirements fulfilled expeditiously
- New and Used car sales volumes delivered
- Customer Satisfaction Index maintained to satisfactory levels
- Marketing programme and business plan implemented
Skills and Experience Required:
It is essential that you have experience within the Motor Industry, preferable at Sales Controller, Sales Manager, Business Manager or Brand Manager level. Experience in working with a premium vehicle manufacturer (German or Italian preferred) js preferred but not essential. You will be FCA certified, experienced with Kerridge / CDK / Pinewood / Kalamazoo vehicle DMS system, experienced with approved motor manufacturer sales prospecting system such as DealerWeb, EnquiryMax, CDK Showroom and be conversant with industry standard sales process, customer journey. You must also have a valid driving licence for this role.
The successful candidate must be able to relocate to Isle of Man within a maximum 8 week timescale.
