£45,000 Basic plus Bonus OTE £54,000 plus Car & Benefits

This is a full time permanent position
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
As a Parts Sales Manager you will be accountable for achieving sales targets for the customer base in your territory, along with:
- Leading a busy commercial vehicle parts operation and managing a diverse team of people in a target focused environment?
- Being a brand representative that has expert product knowledge and delivers an exceptional customer service.
- Building and maintaining strong and lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identifying and targeting prospective clients developing business
- Motivating the team whilst delivering a hands-on mentality approach
Skills and Experience Required:
- have experience running a busy commercial vehicle parts operation
- be commercially aware of industry standards
- a positive and an adaptable ‘can do’ attitude
- A full UK driving license
- be competent across Microsoft packages, specifically Excel and Outlook
- an understanding of main dealer operations
- have good interpersonal skills and strong negotiation skills
- the ability to work on own initiative under pressure
Experience working with Kerridge and Manufacturer systems is desirable but not essential.
