Our client are an award winning family owned franchised dealership – Who are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join their established team to progress on to become the Showroom Manager.

Salary and Benefits:
£24,000 Basic plus Bonus OTE £40,000 plus Car & Benefits.
Type of Role:
This is a full time permanent role working to a rota that includes weekends.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- The Senior Sales Executive role will be working with a team of 5 Sales Executives supporting the Sales Manager, helping with Sales control, finance proposals and second facing customers.
- The Senior Sales Executive will also be responsible for their own sales targets and helping with the day to day running of the department.
- This is a very hands on role and the company will be behind the right candidate with training for career progression.
Skills and Experience Required:
It is essential that you have current or recent Motor Trade experience as a Sales Executive or Senior Sales Executive with strong finance and insurance skills. You will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of achieving above industry average KPI’s in this role and set objectives.
A full UK driving licence and holding an up to date FCA accreditation is also essential for this role.
The ideal candidate will be competitive and have determination, enthusiasm and ambition to progress their career, be a good communicator, well organised and show attention to detail.
