Our client are a privately owned Automotive Retail Group who require Contact Centre Executives to join their busy customer care team based in Chorley. Applicants should either have a strong Call Centre background OR be from a Motor Trade background in a role where they have been in daily contact with customers, including but not limited to Service Advisors and Parts Advisors.

Contact Centre Executive in Chorley.
Salary and Benefits:
Basic salary £18,000 plus commission, OTE £22,000.

Type of Role:
The Contact Centre opening hours are Monday to Friday 8.00am-8.00pm and Saturday 8.00am-5.30pm.
You will work 5 days on a rota basis covering Monday to Saturday.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Building relationships with our customers : no cold calling.
- Updating customer online records and feeding back to management team
- Taking inbound calls and leads and making outbound calls
- Customer care follow up calls
- Adding value to the customer experience
Skills and Experience Required:
All systems are PC based and include a full CRM system and much communication is digital : via email and Live Chat on our website, so you must be capable of communicating effectively by these methods as well as over the telephone. The successful candidate will have the ability and desire to up-sell, excellent communication skills, a confident and determined approach, resilience with determination and persistence, a high degree of self-motivation and drive, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and have the capacity to flourish in a competitive environment.
