Our client are an Automotive Retail Group who are looking for an experienced Service Administrator for their franchised dealership based in Swindon, Wiltshire. The successful candidate will have previous administration experience within the Automotive Sector, either as a Service Administrator, Warranty Administrator or as a Service Advisor.

Service Administrator in Swindon, Wiltshire.
Salary & Benefits
Up to £20,000 Salary plus Benefits.
Type of Role:
This is a full time permanent position working Monday to Friday, and some Saturday mornings on a rota basis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Processing customer invoices and maintaining credit accounts
- Managing bookings and key accounts reports
- Liaising with customer to maximise company sales
- Maintaining strong relationships amongst our customers, staff & manufacturer partners
Skills and Experience Required:
It is essential that you have recent or current Service Administrator or Service Advisor experience within the Automotive Sector and have the skills to carry out the key tasks and responsibilities for the role. You will be a well organised person of smart appearance, a good clear communicator, well trained in IT and the use of PC’s.
