Our client are a family owned Motorhome / Caravan specialist company who are looking for a Workshop Controller to join their busy dealership which has just relocated to its’ new purpose built premises in Stafford.
This role is ideally suited to a Habitation Technician and Mechanic with Auto Electrical experience who has previously supervised work in a busy workshop working on motorhomes or similar (caravans, mobile homes)
Salary will depend on certification Gas/Electric/ACOPS etc. This company has an excellent employee benefit scheme in place to show their appreciation of staff members.

Salary & Type of Role:
OTE is £30,000 plus and basic salary will depend on experience and qualification/certificiation.

Type of Role:
This is a full time permanent role working 6.00am-6.00pm on a rota basis of 4 days on 4 days off.

- Habitation service
- Accessory fitting
- Rectification & repair
- Gas testing
- Electric testing
- Damp testing
- Kitchen, bathroom and bedroom fitting and plumbing
Having current or previous experience as a Habitation Technician within a caravan or motorhome dealership would be a distinct advantage. Preferably 3 years’ experience with the industry with the following:
- LPG gas qualification ( ACOPS)
- 12V & 240V Experience including fault finding
- City & guilds Service engineers’ qualification
- CITO LV/ELV Systems, Equipment & Circuits (desirable)
- CITO Electrical Inspection & Test
