Our client are a privately owned Automotive Retail Group who require a Service Advisor to join their existing service team at their busy car dealership in Doncaster. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who is experienced in face to face customer service to join a dealer group which prides itself on delivering a high level of customer service at all times.

Service Advisor in Doncaster.
Salary and Benefits:
Basic salary is £19,000 plus bonus, making OTE £21,000.
Type of Role:
This is a full time permanent role working Monday to Friday 8.00am – 5.30pm plus alternate Saturday mornings 8.00am – 12.30pm.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Ensure customers are aware of service and repair work required
- Advise on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken
- Sell additional products as appropriate to customers needs
- Advise on time scales and collection arrangements
- Produce job cards on in-house computer system
- Update customer and vehicle records
- Document all warranty work in accordance with manufacturer policy
- Preparation and completion of invoices
- Maintaining the highest levels of customer service at all times
Skills and Experience Required:
It is essential that you have a minimum of 2 years’ current or recent experience of working in a face to face customer service environment and live locally within the Doncaster area.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate high CSI scores, achievement of sales objectives, clear and effective communications and a friendly but professional approach with customers. Please note a valid UK driving licence is required for this role.
