Our client is an Automotive Retail Group who requires an experienced Service Manager who is looking to further their career to join them in the position of Market Area Service and PDI Centre Manager. You will set the tone for the Aftersales team and will support them in delivering an excellent service with a right first time attitude, and be responsible for the service department of two dealerships within the Oldham area.
This role is crucial in supporting the Regional Aftersales Manager to drive forward the aftersales performance of the Dealership.

Salary and Benefits:
Basic salary is up to £30,000 plus excellent bonus scheme, company car and employee benefit scheme.
Type of Role:
This is a full time permanent role working 40 hours, Monday to Friday.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Fully responsible for the departments P & L and budgets
- Management and delivery of customer satisfaction
- Training and development of staff
- Management and control of WIP, warranty and debtors
- Aftersales marketing
- Aftersales Franchise Standards
- Workshop diary and bookings
- Technicians efficiencies, idle time and recovery rates
Skills and Experience Required:
It is essential that you have current experience as a Service or Aftersales Manager with a franchise dealership. You must also hold a valid driving licence. The ideal person will have a proven track record with a stable career history.
It will be a distinct advantage if you can demonstrate strong people management skills, process improvement, high CSI scores and the ability to improve sales through process, coaching and motivational leadership. Above all you should have an energetic and can do attitude.
