Our client is a franchise main dealership based in Oldham and part of a Retail Motor Group who requires a highly talented Automotive Service Manager with experience of high monthly labour sales, process development and continuous improvement through effective people management.

Service Manager in Oldham.
Salary and Benefits:
Basic salary is up to £30,000 (dependent on experience) plus bonus potential, plus company car and benefits.
Type of Role:
This is a full time permanent role.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Fully responsible for the departments P & L and budgets
- Management of customer satisfaction
- Recruitment, training and development of staff
- Management and control of WIP, warranty and debtors
- Aftersales database marketing
- Aftersales franchise standards and manufacturer relationships
Skills and Experience Required:
It is essential that you have current or recent experience as a Service or Aftersales Manager with high sales turnover within a franchise main dealer and hold a full valid driving licence.
It would be an advantage to have qualified as an Automotive Technician with NVQ level 3 in Light Vehicle Repair and Maintenance or an equivalent earlier in your career.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a stable career history, strong people management skills, excellent customer satisfaction and achievement of business objectives.
