Our client is part of a well established Automotive Retail Group with a vacancy for an Automotive Warranty Administrator to process warranty claims and assist customers with booking appointments for servicing and repair work based at their car dealership in the Glasgow area.
Job Title and Location:
Warranty Administrator in the Glasgow area.
On target earnings up to £25,000 (dependent on experience).
Type of Role:
This is a full time permanent role working Monday to Friday plus one Saturday morning on a rota basis
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Input of warranty claims to manufacturer or warranty company
- Check details on job cars and correct if necessary
- Submit warranty claims for payment
- Manage and report on warranty debtors
- Agree on amendments to rectify outstanding issues
- Monitor parts returns
- Assist with warranty audits
- Provide cover on Service Reception desk when required
Skills and Experience Required:
It is essential that you have current or recent experience as an Automotive Warranty Administrator, Service Administrator or Service Advisor, live locally in the Glasgow area, and have a stable career history. Experienced Vehicle Sales Administrators would also be considered for this role.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate high CSI scores, achievement of sales objectives, clear and effective communication skills and a friendly but professional approach with customers.
